    This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint sponsorship of the American College of Chest Physicians and the American Lung Association of Central New York. The American College of Chest Physicians is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The American College of

CME CREDITS
    The ACCP, as a sponsor of this program, designates this continuing medical education activity for up to 15.0 credit hours in Category 1 of the Physician's Recognition Award of the American Medical Association.
