Dr. Wormer completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at York Hospital, York, PA, where he was also Chief Resident Internal Medicine. His Fellowship was at the University Hospital, Syracuse, NY.

He is presently Clinical Professor of Medicine at SUNY Upstate Medical University, Medical Director, Cardiac Care Unit, Crouse Irving Memorial Hospital, and in private practice in Cardiology with the NY Heart Center here in Syracuse, NY

Professional Associations include Onondaga County Medical Society, Medical Society of the State of New York, Fellow, American College of Cardiology, American Society of Echocardiography
