Family Medicine and Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Belle is considered on of the
leading experts on the Medical Approach to Treating Nicotine Dependency.
He earned a doctorate degree in Nicotine Addiction
Medicine from Harrington University in London, England.
Moreover, he is a registered respiratory therapist
and a physician assistant. He
tutored under Dr. Linda H. Ferry of Loma Linda University School of Medicine
whose research lead to the discovery of Zyban, a smoking cessation drug.
Dr. Belle conducts workshops and training for health care professionals in all aspects of smoking Cessation, including the treatment of adolescent and pregnant smokers.
