    Dr. MacIntyre needs little introduction.  He directs the program at Duke University (both as Medical Director and Administrative Director) and is well published in Pulmonary and Critical Care (he may be the father of pressure support ventilation!). His name can usually be found as faculty in many national and international meetings.
