Dr. Anbar earned his Medical Degree from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. He did his residency in Pediatrics and his fellowship in Pediatric Pulmonology at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. He was a Research Fellow in Rheumatology/Immunology at the Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston.

Additional training included Intermediate Hypnotherapy Workshop, Society for Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics in Cleveland and Advanced Hypnotherapy Workshops, American Society of Clinical Hypnosis, Philadelphia and Arlington.

Self-hypnosis for the Treatment of Chronic Dyspnea in Childhood

bulletIdentify pediatric patients with dyspnea who might benefit from hypnotherapy.
bulletExplain how hypnosis can be used in clinical practice.
