The American Lung Association of CNY 

    The American Lung Association of CNY has a long history of Pulmonary Teaching Days.  Over the last decade annual attendance averaged close to of 250 health care professionals.  The event has attracted national level speakers from physician ranks and the respiratory therapy community, a further testament to its growing success. 

    Always a one-day event, we are now ready for the transition to an exciting, interactive three-day program that will provide an outstanding learning experience for attendees.

The New York State Society for Respiratory Care 

    The New York State Society for Respiratory Care (NYSSRC) is the state affiliate for the American Association for Respiratory Care.  The annual business meeting and teaching conference rotates between the different sections of the state.  This year, it is scheduled for Central New York, making the timing for this joint venture perfect.  The NYSSRC also enjoys a long tradition of successful multi-day programs.  It blends education, organizational committee work, exhibition of new products and wonderful social activities all in one trip.

ACCP has nearly 15,000 members in over 100 countries worldwide who specialize in various multidisciplinary areas of chest medicine. ACCP meets its mission and vision by providing physicians, researchers, and health-care practitioners with such resources as: continuing education courses and products; CHEST—The Cardiopulmonary and Critical Care Journal and other publications; consensus statements and clinical practice guidelines; representation in government public affairs; The CHEST Foundation; and a myriad of other resources.
